Positives:
Location was exception. close to everything. The staff from the time you walked into the building until you walked back out was completely focused on the customer (my family). I travel 50% for my work and what really stood out was the staff , especially the folks at the front door (Valet , Bellman , etc) and the staff at the desk. When checking in the staff wanted to know what we needed and how they could make it the best trip. They realized we we heading to dinner , offered to arrange a ride and text during dinner to see if they needed to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. UNBELIVABLE

Pricing was on the high side, but i feel Four Seasons knows this and spends the extra money to add as much value as they can

I always like the beds and hot tubs at Four Seasons hotels. The service at this one was pretty good. Overall comfortable and decent.
Negatives:
They didnt collect my room service dishes when I asked, so they just sat there all night. Food was also pretty mid. Not the best value, but Ive seen worse.

If you just want a great bed and a hot tub, this isnt too bad
Positives:
I did not like the room service. I was not happy. We had dietary restrictions in which the chef met. However, our cheese was old, out mashed potato were not basic mashed, and we both had belly aches all night. We only ordered a salad, mashed potatoes, and some pure carrots and they charged us almost $70. In which it wasnt even good & hurt our bellies. Not happy.
