Front office staff was disinterested and lethargic at best. Customer service in general for this location was unacceptable. I messengerd this hotel through booking seven times because I needed information as to transportation from Logan. In addition, I emailed four times and tried to call numerous times. Each time, someone said " hold" and never returned to the call. Lot of frustration even before arrival.

Nobody answered calls or emails about the shuttle. Shuttle itself very crowded and small. You couldn’t rely on it if in a hurry.

A HUGE RIP OFF AND SIGNIFICANTLY OVERPRICED.
The cost for one night was extremely high for the poor quality service, unattractive and noisy location and staff who lacked a professional approach despite trying their best. The dining area was so basic,. We wanted a bite to eat on the evening of our arrival. We waited approx 30 mins to be served because the dining and bar area was staffed with only one person who was most polite but overworked. Breakfast was okay but overall, it’s truly a rip off.

The shuttle driver was exceptional! I can't remember his name but he was very friendly and helpful with our bags. The room was very clean and nice.

We had an early flight and had to leave at 6 AM so no breakfast for us! :(
