A bit grimy and showing its age. There were stains on the bed. Staff was nice enough to give me a travel credit but it still came out to the full price expected after all the taxes for transients, city tax, etc.

The Hotel is pretty central and the personnel was amazingly friendly.
Negatives:
The rooms need a huge makeover. We’ve been to three star hotels which where better. The walls are so thin that we couldn’t sleep for two nights as a person in the room next to us had video calls until 2am. In the check out they charged us double for destination fees which were already paid upfront. Cashing in works fast, but getting money back takes weeks. The restaurant had mediocre breakfast and is not recommended for lunch or dinner.

Great location in downtown Boston.

Probably the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at. We stayed in a jr suite which was around 650.00+ a night and the bathroom was disgusting. It was like a gross gym bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush properly, mirror was peeling and broken, and the shower was a joke with rust stains everywhere. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. After this stay I would probably never book through an app. I would have checked out of the Hyatt after the first night but couldn’t because we already paid. I compare this hotel to a bad comfort inn without the check price
