Positives: The staff were so friendly and helpful. The main floor level was beautiful. The location was perfect to access all areas of the city.
Negatives: The beds were uncomfortable. We all woke up with sore backs. No refrigerators in the rooms. I felt the rooms were a bit “tired” and could use an updating.
Overall we enjoyed our stay....

Positives: This was my 2nd visit to your amazing hotel!!! I absolutely loved my stay~every employee I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and kind. I love the location, right in the middle of all the fun! Will be back to see you soon!
Negatives: The price is a bit high for me to stay more than 1 or too nights~ Im a teacher, so I have to really save for awhile to be able to visit from Los Angeles.
An absolutely beautiful, historic hotel...

Positives: The location cannot be beat, a beautiful old facility within walking distance of so many places. Comfortable linens and towels, though I wasn't sure if I was supposed to have a coffee maker, because the boys were there, but nothing to warm water in.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and area! The room was very clean and cozy!
Negatives: At breakfast, someone came and offered us coffee and orange juice, I thought it was just complimentary until the bill arrived for a small coffee it was $6, which is more than my large iced coffee! That should be expressed beforehand, or maybe don't have someone coming around to offer it without knowing the cost first. There were a few things I didn't know I had to pay for while we were there.

Positives: Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities. Staff were so warm and welcoming and management even left a sweet treat in our room as a surprise for my birthday! Our stay was excellent.
Negatives: I am really stretching here since our stay was so lovely but I guess the cost of valet was a little steep.

Lucy family with young children February 15, 2024
Positives: Convenience of being down town and the history in the hotel. Comfortable beds
Negatives: Very tired paint and decor - felt like it needs a makeover
Lara family with young children February 13, 2024
Positives: The location was perfect for our needs and the history and beauty of the hotel itself was impressive.
Negatives: For the cost of the room, I expected there to be no need for repairs. I expected a lot of character and antiques, but the bathroom had issues that should have been taken care of. The bath tub had a lot of old mold stains and needed new caulking. Behind the mirror, the drywall had been cut out and not re-patched. You could actually see the cut edges.. The wallpaper was also mismatched. There was a strong draft in the bathroom window so it was very uncomfortable getting out of the shower with a draft and no heater. The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned, the window needs to be sealed, the walls need to be refloated and wallpapered. It was really unacceptable.
A beautiful, historic building in...
