Negatives: the staff were so completely unfriendly! my flight was delayed so I called to let them know I would be late. I had three days reserved and paid for, when I called to say I would miss check in for the first night, Gina told me that my entire reservation was now cancelled and tried to hang up. I asked why and she didn’t answer before a man came on and told me they would reschedule me for the two nights I would be in Boston. After waiting for them in silence to say that the reservation has been confirmed, I said hello? only for Gina to say “wait!” and place me on hold. I literally get along with everyone, I’m very respectful to staff, there was no reason for them to treat me so rudely!

Positives: We were returning from a trip to Iceland. Basically very tired travelers wanting nothing more than a good meal before bed. The front desk accommodated our needs efficiently and pleasantly. Everything went smoothly, and when we asked where we could grab dinner she pointed across the street.
Negatives: It was a bit of a maze to get to our room, yet the agent who checked us in gave us clear directions.

Positives: nothing at all
Negatives: No hot water to shower, the toilet ran constantly, staff had a hard time talking, just mumbling whatever they said to us, charged us an extra $100 just to check in a little early and don’t notify us, would honor my request to take it off my bill, the building was loud other guests were noisy slamming doors, the breakfast was inedible that’s just to name a few.

Positives: compared to the vast majority of Boston accommodations, this was fairly priced
Negatives: Without being negative, Ibelieve night staff was illiterate because we had asked her to make a shuttle reservation for us in the morning. I saw her pick-up the book but the morning staff had no record of our reservation nor the reservation for multiple other guests. This lead to pandemonium as there were insufficient drivers available to take all the requests.
