Negatives: I think the property needs some renovations so it looks modern and also the bathrooms are just too small it’s like you are in a prison. Furthermore also revamp your breakfast menu

Negatives: Pillows were too tick. Bathtub was stained and toilet seat were stained as well. There was clear water damage in the ceiling

Negatives: My night spent here! Staff was not pleasant at all and spoke to me rude a few times ! When checking in I was charged a $75 dollar fee for my pet and was told due to me booking on a 3rd party site it wouldn’t have shown me extra charges to hotel has .mind you the 3rd party site told me I would have to pay an extra $15 per person for breakfast and a $10 parking fee to park here. if I booked on the website that I would have seen the fee amount posted . When I’m my room I checked the website and under hotel policy is stated “ One crated pet allowed up to 50 lbs and a $25 charge for pets”. I requested the following morning to speak to the assistant manager on duty two separate time one at 6 am and them around 8:30 ish and was told that she was taking a nap in one of the rooms and wasn’t able to assist me. Mind you I walked past the lady 2 times in the hall way on my way back to my room !!! When finally speaking to the manager at 10:50 when I was almost ready to check out I had showing her the policy that is posted on their site she rudely explained well…. I had already signed the paper and agreed to pay and she didn’t know where I was getting my info from because on her computer she wasn’t seeing it. I know Booking on these sites a lot if time they are not refundable and I knew that and also had traveled alone with my daughter and small puppy over 7 hours. I honestly had no choice but to agree and sign . Now I don’t mind paying a fee but after being spoken to rudely multiple time and lied to, also being charged more that what their hotel policy said I requested a refund of the difference $50 ! Now after minutes of going back and forth with the manager she did refund me my money. My room had garbage all behind the tv stand bottles of soap and a cup and food and my daughter woke me up at 3 am after using the restroom and seeing roaches crawling on the tv and dresser !! Never again will I stay her it’s a cheaper rate but with that comes rude roaches and rude employees.

Negatives: Was very loud, parking was tight and an extra fee.

Negatives: Very old, run down facility. Spread out over several buildings made the room hard to find and the elevator wasn’t working
