Breakfast was good, staff was great.
Bathroom was not very clean, stains on shower walls, toilet was dirty and not flushing, mold up on wall in shower, poor repairs as if they didn't care how it looks, room door not 100% secure, hallway had water seeping in from the floor and windows, air conditioner units were submerged in water because of poor drainage outside of the water damage hallway. I have video of everything.

Carpet in the room and baseboards in the bathroom were filthy. There was trash on the floor in the hallway that stayed there our whole stay (4) days. The shuttle was not free. We arrived a day late due to cancellation of our flight due to bad weather in Boston. It was difficult to get a refund of that first that we had already prepaid for, since we did not arrive until a day later. Yes, I had emailed and called the hotel to notify of our late arrival and to confirm our stay. Yet when we arrived in Boston, I was told our reservation had been cancelled due to no show. The staff and a manager at the desk were rude and not helpful. Not Until our last evening, when we approached a different and very nice young lady who was understanding, took the time to listen and see that we did in fact pay for a whole day that we were not there and saw fit to help us finally get a refund for that first day.

Don’t stay here! The wifi doesn’t reach the rooms and there was no running water in my shower! Water from the sink faucet was working but not one drop from the shower faucet.
Staff was great. Room was clean and breakfast was great. The pillows were the best we slept on on our entire trip. LOL.
