Great staff that helped with navigation, convenient location. Was happily surprised hotel was connected to a mini mall that has several restaurants and connects to the subway.
Negatives:
In my opinion, the mattress was way too firm and the pillows were flat and too sterile. My friend loved the mattress so it’s just a matter of preference.

I appreciated my ADA room. The low pile carpet was only a bit grippy on my walker so I was able to get around with just a bit more effort than usual. The cleaning staff was helpful when I could use help holding my room door open and ensured my bathroom door remained open for my ease of access.
Negatives:
The transition lip into the bathroom was a tripping hazard. When not in my AFO, I used the rolling chair as a walker and it required me to lift it over the lip to get into the bathroom. Thankfully I can still perform this action.

The hotel is in a great location and the facilities were very clean/updated. We really enjoyed our view of the Boston skyline from our room.
Negatives:
The front desk concierge personnel were VERY rude and not personable. There were 4 people standing behind the desk while we checked in, but only one front desk person was actually checking people in. There was a very long line and it took us nearly 40min just to check in. They also acted as if we were inconveniencing them when asking simple questions regarding the shuttle or train. The breakfast staff were also very rude. We had to ask 3 different people to bring us the bill - it got to the point where we had been waiting nearly 20min and were about to ask the front desk staff if they could somehow find our breakfast bill. I understand we all have bad days, but for the price we are paying to stay at this hotel, I would expect at least basic pleasantries.

The hotel had an amazing pool and gym facilities one of the best I’ve ever seen for a city center location.
It was very close to restaurants and next to the T station which was amazing!!
Negatives:
The heating didn’t work very well, when you turned it right up it just blew cold air. Although the room wasn’t cold it wasn’t warm either.
