Beautiful venue and location but...

Breakfast was expensive, as expected, but the portion was surprisingly large and great.

For the amount of money spent during my stay I expected the staff to be more friendly. The valet was rude when asked a question. The concierge, they were not friendly or informative, just rushed me. The cleaning crew was nice. Some of the outlets did not work, and iron didn't work. The hotel parking is $69/day, and that was ridiculous.

I had a broken wrist, so a free local shuttle would have helped a great deal, since I had a scooter I had to push around one-handed: had broken wrist by falling off scooter, and was trying to get surgery at nearby Mass General Hospital.
