Positives:
The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was so nice. He really was awesome. The room was big and bed was nice.
Negatives:
The concierge was not helpful at all and sent us the wrong location for the trolley and we waited an hour for no.trolly to come after we spent 150.00 for the trolley. Also, the valet was rude and charged us twice.

Positives:
The room was comfortable and spacious. I had booked a room with breakfast included. Reading one review it mentioned a voucher and that it was a specific amount of money that did not cover the cost of breakfast. This was not my experience, when we checked in we were given vouchers for a breakfast buffet which was excellent quality, the voucher also enabled us to have an omelette if we wished ovens cooked as we requested. The breakfast was excellent and all staff at the hotel helpful.
