Positives: Excellent location right in the heart of Bay Back, inbetween downtown Boston and Fenway park area. Lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Easy / quick to get to airport. Generic American business hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

Negatives: Bar the location which is fantastic, there is not much to like about the hotel. Very dated and in need of a refurb; Room furnishings were worn and stained from obvious years of use. General ambiance was grim, very dull/generic American business hotel with those early 90's vibes. Not an awful hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again. As a "Westin" branded hotel it's very poor compared to its peers in other cities where Westin brand means high quality. This hotel in Copley Place is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Positives: Good location near very nice streets, shops and restaurants. Parking is expensive on site, a bit cheaper just on the side. If you stay on the upper levels you have a fantastic view. Gold medal for the concierge team, they were the best at the hotel, cheers to the team.

Negatives: We made reservation for 4 but only 2 breakfast per day were included. When i made the reservation that breakfast was included was for all the guests not only 2.
