Positives: Very clean, comfortable and excellent location. Walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. Staff amazing , especially Cory at the Front Desk. Great lobby lounge! Door staff also terrific. Polite and helpful. Loved the daily breakfast at The Gallery. Fantastic service and great food.

Negatives: Wish this property had a spa. Also, The New Year’s Eve party , organized by a third party and held at The Gallery was not good. Many reasons but since this wasn’t organized by the hotel, I won’t list them. Next year, we would recommend the event organized by the W in their lobby bar. A LOT more fun, classy , etc. We ended our evening there and wished we wouldn’t have spent the money on the private event. not at all as advertised and not worth the money.

Negatives: I have stayed in many W Hotels, this was not at the same standard. the room looked not well done, shower tile broken had feeling of a topical hotel room rather than special. the breakfast was ordinary.

Negatives: They commit fraud by keep putting charges on your card even for other people’s rooms and random charges for other rooms which you have to question to get them removed which takes time and effort which is not a nice holiday - W clearly has cash issues !!
