Negatives: They made a charge on my credit card just in case I used some "incidentals". I didn´t use any, but then I found out a charge of usd 54 dollars of the same garage they use. I asked them to return it because I didm´t use their valet parking, and their answer was that it was a charge made in New York. But I don´t have a car in NY. They never returned the usd 54 back to my credit card. Shame on them!

Positives: Great location . Comfortable room - maybe a second chair .I would recommend hotel though it is expensive -almost 400 dollars a night !

Positives: The location was excellent. We had a nice view of Boston
Negatives: The facility seems to have been neglected with cracked outlet, bedsheets with holes, dirty shower with leftover hair. There was attention to the aesthetic to the room. There is no room service , you have to call the restaurant and pick it It and it’s not well coordinated with the hotel.
