Front desk employee “Ismael” (only one working) was rude, condescending, unprofessional, untruthful & literally walked away when I asked where my 83 y/o disabled mother was going to go (after the 3rd room change & last room’s door key/lock would not lock. When I went back down (4th time) to ask him again about a room for my mom since it was not safe or secure & he said no rooms & again walked away. The last room (that didn’t lock) was dirty, broken countertop by sink, (windows open while rain came in) & wouldn’t close tight or lock either. Bathroom was NOT handicapped accessible (room was reserved, confirmed & paid in full prior to checking in.) I asked for a Manager & was told there was not one on site & I would have to come back the next day to get my money back. Called Corporate twice to complain as well. (Took 3 days to get back to me).
Extremely poor & dangerous concept of having Handicap Accessible rooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor. In case of fire or emergency, no access to escape.

The room I was assigned to had a broken lock. I was told by front staff that there was “nothing they could do” my family and I were leaving to a function. We had to pack all our things back into our car. Thank goodness for Ashley who helped to solve our problem. Slept very uncomfortably wondering if the lock would come undone again.

Nothing at all I would never stay there again staff knowing that there was a reason why that room was off market they still put me in there.
Negatives:
There was hair in the bed all over the bathroom, microwave didn't work it was sparking fire when you turn it on, I stove didn't worked onle one did, no rug on the floor. Kitchen was dirty. I had to go out and get cleaning supply to clean it up. To feel comfortable in there. When I went to down stair to tell the from desk were even offer a refund only to move to another room after a had already clean up. Is sad because I was really looking forward to that Christmas get away with my family.
