Negatives: I requested a room on the 1st floor when I made my reservation. I received an email that my request would be accommodated but when I arrived to the hotel, I was told there weren’t any rooms available on the 1st floor. I challenged the person at the desk and miraculously he was then able to find a room on the 1st floor.
