Negatives: Very dirty. My room wasnt clean well after the previous guest. Hair and hair clip was still on the floor in the bathroom. We also saw the small 2 cockroaches around the kitchen area. Trash in the elevator and the smell on the hall way is really bad… We never seen the front desk sit at front desk.

Negatives: Our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Negatives: The staff wasn't always available especially at check out, paying for parking was a turn off especially when I at the hotel next door parking is free and breakfast included. The elevator smelled of human urine and was very slow, the pull out couch mattress was stained and gross and there was a loose tile in the main area which put holes in my socks. Also charging people $20 to take their trash if bagged and left outside the door is ridiculous for $300 a night I expected a bit more but when you are booking last minute this is what you get. The hotel right next door is much better and there isn't dog poop in parking spots waiting for you unsuspectingly step in upon exiting your vehicle.
