It seems that it was recently renovated. Our room was spacious and had a good-sized fridge, a convenient cooktop, and a nice sitting area. The bathroom was clean and well equipped.
Negatives:
The staff needs hospitality training. The way we were treated was appalling. The front desk personnel clearly don't want to be there. They spend time in the back room, making you wait 10 minutes on average, leaving the front desk unattended. One time, we had to wait while they sat in the lobby and browsed the internet on their iPad. They scoffed and made insulting remarks to the point that we were shocked that this attitude existed in hotels. Disappointing.
