Staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was also to our liking.
Negatives:
The main reason for our stay was an appt at dana Farber. We informed the front desk, used the shuttle, but when I returned, my family had been pushed out of our room :( I didn't realize that would happen. So we were scrambling and ultimately did not get a chance to leave housekeeping a tip and we are normally generous with these kinds of things.

Rooms were excellent. great breakfast and the attendant was wonderful. Sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was helpful and friendly to everyone.
Free shuttle not hospitals and free parking were an incredible bo9nus!

Most of the staff was friendly. It was clean, and had a nice breakfast in the am.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that there was an extra charge for over $200 on my credit card from their facility, and they absolutely refused to investigate it or refund me. I called many times and left messages for the hotel manager, and they never called me back. I would have given this place a 1 if the other staff wasn't so friendly.

Excellent service, very good breakfast...
Positives:
Breakfast is good and exceeds expectation. Room is clean but it seems that the bed sheets were not replaced and washed. I wondered what else I don't know which is not cleaned but not disclosed to us. Room temp can not be ajusted and it was cold at night.
Negatives:
bed sheets are dirty and painful to sleep if you think you are sleeping inside a sheet wrapped around otehr people before. And the staff would not give a straight answer for any questions like where to park cars on street although the instrouction online says public parking is available. Asked the question and the staff there answer is you can park on the street but we will not guarantee you will not get a ticket.
