It is placed in a quiet location, conveniently near stores and restaurants. Friendly staff, and its check out at noon (most places is at 11).

The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was so clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels! Breakfast was just wonderful and they had lots of extras like the bar, food and beverages for purchase and a very nice lounge area.

Breakfast was excellent. GREAT coffee! Hotel was very clean and new. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location on the map seems far from Salem, but only a 20-30 minute drive which is pretty easy and straight forward.
Negatives:
Please get rid of the feather pillows. My daughter and I are highly allergic as I'm sure many people are. Or offer a synthetic alternative, but to have nothing to offer as an alternative was a disappointment.

Negatives:
Elevator not clearly marked. Outer surface areas made the elevator uninviting and questionable. If I didn't have luggage, I might have considered using the stairs. In the room: - Since the trash can was so small, it would have been nice to have two. One in the room area, and one in the bathroom. - The refrigerator was overworked. It was actually stored in a four-sided enclosure where the heat from the motor was defrosting the mini freezer, and forcing the system to constantly run - There is a mechanism outside the rooms that sounds like someone drilling into the floor. I realized that it was part of the system that turns on when water is run. It is very loud and disrupting when attempting to sleep.

Breakfast was convenient and good.
Negatives:
Water was turned off for an entire day. No notice was given at check-in that the water for the hotel would be turned off the next day because of renovations. The next day my car was moved without my knowledge so part of the parking lot could be coated.
