it’s close to Kendall Station, the breakfast was very good and was not crowded.
Negatives:
the staff didn’t feel like they knew a lot of stuff. There was no menu on any of the convenience snacks.My partner asked if they had a menu or a price and they said “I don’t know…maybe 5?” I do wish there was more informed people working the desk. I also wish there was a water filter to refill water. I don’t like having to buy over priced water just so the hotel can make a profit, especially paying for the room and accommodations. The Bartender was ok but made a subpar old fashioned for the price given to me. The room was missing soap, a few towels, and the shower had two long hairs in the shower. There was left over soap from the previous guest.

We enjoyed staying in our room, a bedroom suite with a full sized-refrigerator in kitchen. Had good spaces to spread out to do our work & schoolwork for our daughter. This Residence Inn is quiet and my husband, a light sleeper, had good nights of sleep during our 5 nights of stay.
Great breakfast food selection for our family of 3 ...hot & cold selections and healthy choices, too.
I prefer my oatmeal with nuts/dried cranberries, while husband & 16 y/o likes their eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes & fruit. Something for everyone. Hot coffee was always available. There were plenty of fruit juices but no water to be found.
Plenty of clean space for eating or sitting to enjoy 2nd cup of coffee especially if you come earlier than most.
Kudos to the busy breakfast staff who were always refilling the food, cleaning up serving area & putting away the dirty dishes. The floors were clean and most of the dining tables were frequently wiped down.
Negatives:
Small point, but wish there was water pitcher at the breakfast bar...couldn't find the water fountain anywhere closeby.
