Thr room was spacious. Clean and well lit. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

The Front desk clerks, the Front Desk Manager Nancy and the Night Auditor Cartier. No one was trained properly; they weren't even able to send s fax or make copies. Or maybe they didn't want to do anything. Unprofessional, rude and bad for return business at the 2 year old hotel.

Everything was beyond expectations. New facility and very nice lobby. Rooms had updated window fixtures. Bathroom was also spacious. Hot breakfast available every day. All the staff was very friendly.
