It was a beautiful facility.

I did not get a requested a wake-up call. In 5 am shower, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. I had no time to get products, I was wet & had to go set-up to present at 6 am. All they could offer was a free breakfast, which I could not eat as I had to leave.

This hotel is extremely hard to find. We got lost after going to Mama's Place for pizza, very tasty BTW. The turn to 1/95 North comes up fast.

The manager on duty when we checked in was outstanding. She quickly and efficiently changed our room and had a minor maintenance issue solved for us using their on site staff.

Did not realize this was part of Water World of New England. LOTS of dripping wet kids running around in the hotel and the hallways.

Nice big comfortable rooms. There were two little extra beds in case you had kids with you. We didn't. The hotel was well kept and clean. Plenty of parking and a very nice exercise room.

Low ceilings. Old mismatched furniture in the room. Shakes desk next to heater made it hard for me to work. Something at the breakfast buffet made me slightly ill. There was no re-entry from the back door near parking.

The pool was amazing and the property was very clean and welcoming.

Pool hours could have been a little later. The smoking area could be further away from the main lobby.
