Positives:
Don’t know, I couldn’t stay here. Thankfully, I could seek accommodations from a friend who was staying nearby.
Negatives:
Staff had no idea of the difference between policy and Massachusetts Law. Massachusetts Law says the age of Majority is 18. Staff wouldn’t allow an adult to check in and canceled the reservation at request. In my opinion this was a “Bait and Switch Scam”. After cancelling the reservation, to rent a room…. The price increased exponentially!

I think the criteria to work here must be that you’re extremely kind bc everyone we encountered seemed like the nicest person ever! Our kids loved the breakfast buffet and we loved the all day coffee. Comfy beds too!
Negatives:
I hate to even say anything bc it was all so nice but there was a pair of earrings on the floor next to the bed, which makes me wonder if the floors were vacuumed at all between guests - it seemed cleaned but that was a little … eww!

Excellent hot breakfast. Pool area was very comfortable with a bigger pool than expected. The fitness area was also quite nice and well-appointed. The bathroom was spacious and looked brand-new.

You had to walk into the room to turn the lights on. The switch is on the light so have to grope around to find it. There is a light right as you walk in but it does not light up the room, just the hall.

The room me and my fiancé stayed in was great we were looking for a place to get away from everyone for a while for new years and we couldn’t have picked a better place to do so we were extremely comfortable in our bed and one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen in a hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing
