Positives:
Location was good (daughter in Franklin, family in CT, flying in/out of Logan), comfort of the beds....oh my gosh, so comfy (and I'm not usually impressed with hotel beds) and the curtains got things nice and dark for some great sleep, and value, wow. I'd like to go back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor space, which is beautiful, and the pool, which is being remodeled.

Manager customer service I first met upon checking was not so pleasant. My balcony was dirty and the desk and chair had dirty stains on it that I had to clean with antibacterial. I was also not aware the pool and jacuzzi was not available and was very disappointed. I had to switch room to a cleaner room and balcony. The second room was much better.

Cleanliness, the set up & amenities in the room & that I got a good price.
Negatives:
The pillows are ALL too soft! They need to have 1/3 be firmer for side sleepers. I didnt sleep well because of this. Also the place where I had Ty park to access the elevator has ZERO handicapped parking places & it was a painful walk for me!

The woman at the front desk was terrific - agreeable, helpful, good-humored. The rooms were spotless & the bed was quite comfortable. We were very happy with our stay & would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Foxborough.
Negatives:
The pool being closed for renovation and the broken glass in the parking area. We did tell staff about the glass but it wasn't cleaned up for hours.The breakfast coffee machine in the lobby was broken.

Clean hotel comfortable bed. Most of the staff were attentive.
Negatives:
There was a woman checking in ahead of me. A staff member came out and asked if we were together. I replied no we are not,I'm waiting to check in. The staff member turned and walked away. Why ask if you had no intention on checking me in?

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms had been refurbished. The lobby had been done over at the time of our last visit, but the rooms were a bit tired. They now look great! There is ample parking, too.
