Positives: We liked the location. Easy on/ off highway access
Negatives: We were in a handicap room, although we did not request or need this service. Sample toiletries were previously opened. It was noisy very early in the am. The room was cold and the thermostat had a low battery on register. Not cozy!

Negatives: The hotel cancelled my reservations 3 weeks ago, sighting something about MA law and not being able to keep my reservation due to contract, etc.. Left me with no where to stay after my concert on the 23rd.

Positives: I loved that the staff was nice and we could call the front desk for our needs and that the location was quiet. I've stayed here a few times b4. But the housekeeping needs to be vamped up! It's a great location but no service is available and the walls and door , carpet was just dirty.
Negatives: The lack of housekeeping. It's a great location..clean the place up better!

Negatives: breakfast. Not enough variety The keys would not always work in the room locks. Very annoying. Had to replace keys numerous times in a 3 day period.
