Positives: Breakfast was fine, though coffee was not. Very weak. Convenient to Dean College.

Negatives: Didn't have the room I booked 4 months ago. The called the day before to inform me of the switch, but this doesn't make sense to me. The guy at the front desk could be friendlier. First room had a urine smell. They did change room, but the second room's bathroom had a mildew smell. They could clean a little better. Also thought this was a poor value for money. Room was $273 per night with tax. For a Hampton Inn? Come one. Also, why post a sign that a water fountain was out of order when staff members are filling pitchers of water from it? Weird and a bit unfriendly.
