Negatives: I showed up and they gave my room away granted I was a day late due to issues with my rental car and phone having Us access, but I showed up at 9pm with 2 kids after they took my deposit money already and then had the audacity to tell me they sold my room. Residence Inn obviously prioritised profits over customer experience. DO NOT STAY HERE
