I liked the clean room…breakfast each morning, nice staff.
Negatives:
Originally I was placed on the 4th floor….apparently the tvs on that floor don’t work, as I had to ask for my room to be re-assigned due to remote control issues…on tv would only turn on…and not off. I finally was moved to room on a lower floor…that was better. The 2 rooms on the 4th floor were not provisioned with water and snacks either….but the desk manager certainly made that update to the last room I was in….and I told him it finally worked out.

Positives:
It was clean, quiet, and the staff were very respectful and attended to anything I needed. I'm going to use some of this space to continue from the bottom. The second thing I didn't like was that there was no restaurant inside or room service.
Negatives:
Simple things like the phone in my room wasn't working. So every time I needed to speak to the front desk I had to walk to the office and speak to someone in person. Not really a big deal, but if you're going to have phones, make sure they are working.
