Positives: I got there at 1:00 a.m. and the person on duty had no idea how to check me in and tried to convince me to put and almost $400 hold on my debit card when I'd already paid for the room. It took an hour to check in, 2AM
Negatives: My room was filthy, I moved the nightstand because I dropped something and there were French fries under there, spicy! After my check-in experience I still had to go see the manager to have a refund process because they still put a hold on my card

Negatives: Poor quality of bedding and towels. Very used, discolored ( brown instead of white) and almost have holes, see through in many sports. Room was dirty. Poor breakfast.

Positives: The pool and hot tub
Negatives: No service, ran out of towels and toilet paper, had to get it out self, TV channels were out dated, men were working out side of our door and made a lot of noise trying to get my dogs attention yelling laughing, I ran over a set screw and my tires flat.

Positives: The staff were friendly and diverse. It was a nice location to the mall, stores, gas station, beaches. The time I went wasnt crowded so we had a lot of private access the the pool area and breakfast.
Negatives: The pool and hot tub looked a little murky. It didnt have the smell of chlorine. The room smelled a little funky. The sheets and blankets had visible stains. Our room was near the elevator and it was out of service and it made noise all night.

Positives: The indoor pool was nice
Negatives: The room had an overwhelming smell of bleach, so much that it gave me a headache for most of the weekend, the breakfast was not so good, and the personal didn't have that attention to the client that we are used to getting from our stay in Marlboro branch.

Positives: The cleaning staff was the best
Negatives: The pool was really murky, it needs to be drained and cleaned then refilled. And the bathroom in our room had a falling tile it was fine just not a good look under the tile.

Negatives: I stayed in a pet friendly room Didnt feel safe walking my dog in the pet area next to a wooded marsh. I did see a coyote. Black mold along ceiling and in bathroom Pet hair not cleaned in rooms as well as tub. Lamp and alarm clock did not work Dirty pool

Positives: Pleasant desk clerk. Absolutely clean room. Enough soap, TP. Bed was clean. No complaints. Loved the Breakfast that was included Bacon and a western omelette. Yoururt, clean, OH great coffee . I like the access to the the interstate RT 6. Plenty of .
