The hotel was over run with kids, additionally my room was located outside the smoking exit!! So all night doors slammed and people talking and being drunk outside your bedroom window to 3:30 AM

Breakfast was good with hot and cold options including a pancake machine, lobby appeared to have recently been refurbished making the hotel look new.
Negatives:
WiFi kept dropping out making it fairly unusable, some unpleasant looking staining on blackout curtains, rooms didn't match the refurbished frontage.

Accommodations were suitable. Staff is pleasant.
Negatives:
Called twice to get the GFIC outlet to operate the hairdryer twice with no results. Kids hockey team were playing a hickey game at 9 pm in the hall. I finally told them there are other people to consider in this hotel. Followed by slamming doors, game over! And contraction noise in the hallway just added to the chaos.

The property was clean. The staffs was excellent exceptional ,very courteous, very friendly, very professional. From the Monica evening to the Marvin night to Alex morning staff all give excellent service .
