The convenience of the hotel to work. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The shower was ok and the hairdryer was terrible. Didn't like how the TV clicker worked.
Also when checking in there were 4 staff and one was on the computer. my coworker and I sanded there for 10 min waiting while the other 3 didn't acknowledge us. :(

Though I didn't require much attention or service the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable. The bed was great. The location was 5 minutes from where I needed to go.
Negatives:
The one thing I didn't like was trying to get something I left in my room (laptop charger cord) sent to me. Staff told me I needed to send a shipping label and a credit card authorization. Why a shipping label? So redundant! (I had a loaner for only 14 days, otherwise it will cost $100.) Why couldn't I just send a check for $25, or just a credit card authorization so you could do all the shipping from your end? At this point it looks like I will not get the cord in time. It seems like this is too much corporate regulation and not enough personal touch.

The location was perfect ~ quiet yet close to interstate one direction & countryside the other! Minutes drive from historical sites, museums, restaurants, and shops. Our room was very comfortable ~ and staff friendly & accommodating!
Negatives:
We did not like the windows NOT opening so no fresh air. Also our room thermostat did not work; the morning was very cold.
