Housekeeping / Maintenance. Room 218 no mattress protector on bed. Tub not clean. Kitchen faucet hot water leaking. Front desk switched my rom to 230 it was better. General Comments: trash in parking lot, no dish soap and no kettle to boil water and pot was non stick and badly worn.

The rooms were very nice and clean.

The fire alarm kept going off and at the worst times, 2am and 8:30am. I didn’t get ANY sleep.
Breakfast was not what I expected, that’s not a continental breakfast just having coffee and a basket of tiny muffins.

Room was nicely cleaned upon arrival, and all needed amenities were provided by the hotel. The concierge at the desk on the evening I arrived, Jesus, was very helpful. Convenient parking was always available.
Negatives:
Not the hotel's fault--the family in the neighboring room had a very loud toddler who would begin screaming at around 6-7am and not stop until easily 11pm. Unsure if there's a way to soundproof for business travelers who need to get up in the early morning.

I was nervous at first from reading all the bad reviews but once I got there, it was actually pretty nice for the price I paid. The room was clean and I liked that there were lots of storage and a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Bathroom was very spacious. Definitely a step up from a road-side motel.
Negatives:
There was no one at check-in for a while so just stood around for a bit. 1 of my 2 key cards didn't work. The bed and pillows were a little stiff but still not too bad. People cook in their rooms and you could smell it in the hallway, which is not necessarily a bad thing, it just feels more like a condo/apartment than a hotel.
