The breakfast was good with a variety of foods. The gym was open whenever we wanted. The location was excellent. The staff was always friendly. And it was clean which was the most important factor to us. No pet smells and no smoking. This was my primary concern and it was excellent. The rooms had ample space and they accommodated us by bringing more hangers. We appreciated the coffee pot and fridge in the room. They were used daily. It was also quiet, no kids running up and down the halls late at night or dogs barking. So that was also very important to us. The previous reviews helped us pick this hotel over the others due to these factors.
Negatives:
We really needed a microwave in the room. It was very inconvenient going to the breakfast area to use the microwave and often it was located in the kitchen so the bartender would have to take our food and heat it up in the back. Then we carried the food back to the room with it basically getting cool again by the time we reached the room. Also, maybe for the area the prices are normal, but for us coming from way less expensive areas, the price was double what we expected. But still in the bracket of the other places we were looking at. So I guess thats just the reality in Massachusetts. We didnt use the room cleaning services daily. So at the end of the week we asked for the sheets to be changed and given new towels. But they didnt understand what we said (no english) and they didnt clean the room. So when we got back from our long day and wanted to go straight to bed, we had to go to the front desk and get sheets and towels and make the beds ourselves. That wasnt great. But it was an accident. So no biggie.

The room was comfortable. There was very little road noise on the road side of the facility. The staff was very helpful for us traveling to site see in Boston.
