Hot tub leaks so he had to fill so didn’t go back down to go in because needed time to fill and heat up for the price per room and 100 for incidents was high we stay at holiday inn express not having to pay extra 100 deposit if fix hot tub might go back

Arrived with no one at the front desk. People were at the bar and in the lobby yet no one acknowledged or offered to help. Finally got someone’s attention when I called their phone number. No apology.
My key wasn’t active when I went to my room, had to go back to the front desk to get that fixed. Bugs in the room. Carpet was wet - at least two feet - by the in wall AC unit. Dirty carpeting in general. Litter in the parking lot and hallways. Trash was overflowing by the entryways. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
