This is my second time staying at the Residence Inn Natick. The first time - during covid - did not permit me to experience the very nice buffet breakfast in a spacious sitting room with plenty of vegan options. The suite itself s comfortable with a separate closing door in the bedroom to keep out hall noise. The bathroom is nice enough and again, spacious with good products and ample linens. The air conditioning unit continues to be problematic as it's old and noisy. I should have slept with the window open, even though it faces traffic on the street below. The big bonus is the EV car charger right outside, offered free to guests and I will continue to stay here just because of that reason. This sets it apart from other properties including other Residence Inns.
Negatives:
The air conditioning unit is the only downside to a nice hotel with friendly people.

Comfortable, well located, easy to access Residence Inn

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. The staff there was incredibly friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I wish we had to stay longer than one night!

The fold out couch that we were going to use for our son had dirt bits all over the mattress pad so we decided to just keep it closed up and then covered the whole thing in sheets and blankets that were provided.

We enjoyed the spacious room, modern design, and premium-quality materials everywhere. The sofa bed was excellent.
Negatives:
The air conditioner was broken so we had one hot and uncomfortable night. I called in to ask for maintenance at 11:00 pm and until 6:00 pm the next day, it was not fixed. But after we called again Richard came and fixed it like a Pro. He is the best.
