No complimentary coffee in the lobby. While it is fine to have coffee in the room, nothing is better than going down to get a cup of real brewed coffee in the lobby in the morning. A small expense for a great benefit. Very disappointing.

The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean. I had a queen room with a sofa and there was plenty of space.
Negatives:
The restaurant at 9pm was run by one person, the bartender. The poor guy was running from place to place so I had to wait a bit just to place an order.

The staff its Hotel is supremely accommodating and friendly. Nice people great location easy on and off the highway and only minutes from Intown Boston.
Negatives:
Yes, the breakfast I ordered farmers breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and an English muffin. The English muffin was put through the toaster without cutting it in half now I know no cultures who do this. The home fries were stone cold, and the eggs too

The host at the desk was so wonderful. (with very long black beard). He was friendly and fun and so accommodating.

We always found a parking place close by but it would've been challenging having to park in the garage. But we didn't have to so that was wonderufl.

They charged me $15 per day for parking, I have come here for years and was never charged for parking (in the same parking garage). That's a lot of money on top of the room charge.
