This hotel is extremely run down. Broken windows, filthy carpets, burn holes in bedding and curtains. Breakfast was coffee, dry cereal without milk and packaged muffins. Woman who checked us in couldnt tell me how to get to the train.

The front desk staff where friendly and as helpful as possible. I did not see any roaches or bedbugs. But thats about all the good things I can say.

Where do I begin? The room had no lock on the window and when informed all they did was put a storm window in place over the unlocked window The maintenance man was rude about the window and being asked about a new light bulb for the bedside lamp, just to find out it wasn't plugged in. The floor lamp shade was damaged. There was 2 cigarette burns to the quilt and a ton more to the fleece blanket. Both of them should of been discarded not placed back into use. The room had a very musty cigarette smell. The carpet had an odd feeling of like a fine film over it. The room dispite being physically clean did not give off a clean feeling. Other rooms we had seen had the same ambiance. We cleaned it with lysol, and used air freshers to make the room tolerable. The key card was difficult to get to door to unlock. And lastly this last thing isn't a motel thing, but when we went to leave the guy in the motel room next to us was masterbating with his window and door wide open. Safe to say, i will never return to that property again.

Had to wait to check in, paramedics attending to someone in lobby,my room key didn't work, they tried again and it still didn't work! So put me in a different room, that door was propped wide open, so a third room! In my room,cops come for room downstairs

That there was no phones in the room.My room door was bowed in like at some point the room door had been kicked in. The latch that you look the door with was brocken. Every time you flush the toilet I had to fill the back of the toilet with water.
