Negatives: The standards are slowly slipping. Worn decor, broken tiles in the bathrooms. Hidden rubbish behind the bedroom drawers. Drip tray in the gym full in both days, no head sets. This hotel Is used a lot by traveler’s but is starting to look tired.

Negatives: The bathroom faucet could use a good cleaning and a shine. The water saver toilet is not a great idea. I needed help from maintenance because stuff wouldn’t go down. The orange juice was so bad I couldn’t drink it.

Positives: Everything went as well as planned . . .recreation room was I spent . . I usually go swimming but the pool wasn't adult size. its good for a family of young ones though . . the room was good had good pressure on the shower . . for we spent 2nights there was very accommodating to the area we visited most which was Salem . .which was only a 10 min ride . . I didnt realize the weather was a factor as I left New York the temp was in 50 s and when we got to our destination . . there was snow . . .but to come around in the sun shiny weather . . would be a treat . .

Positives: The staff was horrible there is an employee there named heather that is constantly harassing staff calling the room every morning just for them to come down to show the id or credit card. She kicks people out for no reason. My hot water didn’t work and she was so disrespectful to me she told me to leave the property and I said why cause my hot water doesn’t work plumber checked it didn’t work and she said she wouldn’t move my room and then said “if you stay with us in that room I don’t want to hear one complaint about the hot water not working” she said it was a issue with the whole building it’s illegal in Massachusetts to rent a room with no running hot water the building inspector would of shut them down when I called but it was a Saturday so I couldn’t do anything wrong b Monday I asked to get refunded over the visit with no hot water and they refused and then told me they didn’t want to extended my reservation she did other things I will complain about I called Hilton customer service. She really needs to be terminated because she has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever been encountered
Negatives: Heather please terminate her she doesn’t deserve to work in customer service if she is going to have such a miserable horrible attitude towards every person that checks in. Every monrning when I went down for breakfast she was arguing with customers. I was there for a month.
