Check in was too late, the water park was over crowed with little staff, and then they advertised for kids events as if they were free but come to find out they charged for them. There was also no dining at all on property, that also means no bar. They let us go into the pool area even though we didn’t have a room but there was no where to really change or keep our stuff after. It was one thing after the next.

Check in was awesome. Late arrival, and Nicole was friendly, formative and upgraded us to a better location due to a scheduled event with load music. Thanks, Nicole! Beds were comfortable.

The room vould use some upgrades. The ceiling has some obvious needed repairs
Room 456. Also, the shower didn't drain, and the tub is on a slant making it difficult to stand without slipping. Very dangerous.

The service was great and fast. the water park and splash pad was kid friendly.
Negatives:
The breakfast isnt included 22$/adult 10$/child. Bathroom drain was clogged(however was resolved quickly). Microwave only in lobby. and space for birthday party in pool area, its congested.

They were all nice and had activities for the kids

They kept charging me extra on my card . Hopefully it's fixed now, we shall see. Two attempts so far. But besides that things went well and kids had fun.
