Every member of staff really pleasant. They are a credit to the hotel. Love the complementary tea/coffee whilst waiting for my room on arrival. Rooms were very clean and spacious.
There is also complementary breakfast. Able to leave luggage safely. There is also a shuttle bus back to the airport which takes around ten minutes. The hotel is around 20 minutes from Boston which was nice away from the hustle and bustle.

The staff was great. The facilities as a whole were practical in design and clean.

One elevator was out of order. The beds were clean but could use replaced as the sides where people sat were wearing down. The shuttle was timely and nice but driver was a bit fast and scary.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very attentive and the breakfast was really great. This is a fairly new hotel so it showed very little need for improvement facility wise..
Negatives:
Boston hotel prices are ridiculous. This hotel was expensive but it was still the best value we could find for our one-night stay in Boston. It really isn't very close to Logan Airport as the name would imply. There isn't much in the way of nearby restaurants. The front desk suggested delivery from Nick's Bistro and they weren't wrong! Their calzone was FABULOUS.

The shuttle service came promptly after calling from the airport, and left the hotel on the hour. The continental breakfast was much better than we expected and included hot foods. The 24 hour service is nice for travelers. Nice bathroom and comfortable beds.
Negatives:
The hotel is looking a bit tired especially considering how new it is. One elevator was not working, leaving only one for all floors. There is only one restaurant in easy walking distance but the hotel has a wide selection of snacks for sale.
