Negatives:
I fell on the property due to black ice. While the property was generally salted to prevent that from happening, there was lack of salt in a common walk way leading from a side stairwell exit toward a partially covered parking area. The sidewalk from the stairs to the asphalt was iced over but my first or 2nd step onto the asphalt is where I fell. I slipped hard, hitting my head, hurting my neck and upper back. I reported the incident but would only like for the hotel to work harder in preventing these incidents. I laid on the ground several seconds as I tried to gather myself. I’m happy to have not suffered worse. My phone was also damaged slightly with a crack in the plastic covering and the actual screen suffering a defective pixel that now appears green at all time.

The gym is clean and the laundry is installed, which may have been helpful during our stay.
Negatives:
To be honest, I don't think I will stay there again. There was no response to my request to clean my room, and after staying there for two weeks, I was quite annoyed by the unsanitary conditions. Also, the dishes from the previous guests were left in the dishwasher, which was very unpleasant. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature of the water varied depending on the time of day, and the water was lukewarm late at night, making it very difficult to get in. In addition, the hair dryer was out of order, and one female front desk clerk was so unhelpful and cold that I didn't feel like discussing the issue with her.

Beautiful large clean room with excellent facilities. Honestly was a shame I was only here overnight! Staff really friendly and helpful. Bed really comfortable and very quiet room with blackout blinds.

Shower was not very hot but that's all I can fault.
