I reserved connecting rooms because I was traveling with my kids. Upon arrival I was given rooms on different floors which was stressful and worrisome. We also had everything packed to be able to share between rooms which wasnt possible. All night it was like being on the set of law and order - sirens, PA announcements, no one slept. Nice staff but horrible experience and waste of alot of money.

No one distributed us and they have a hard life but it is not an ideal getaway location.
