the room was clean and nice!

the staff was not very welcoming! at check in she never explained where to go, where anything was, nothing about check out time . She had me sign a paper and gave me two key cards. at check out the girl took my key cards and that was it, never asked me about my stay nothing! I felt like the staff definitely could have been better!

I love that you guys had a big pool and it was very inviting and warm and comfortable the rooms were good enough for the price because the beds could be a little comfy and the pillows could be a little comfier lol but overall it was a good experience the kids had fun and that's all that matters
