Positives:
The staff is always friendly and kind, the breakfast area is always nice and clean, the location is an automatic plus. We will definitely be staying there again, just not in Room 414.
Negatives:
Room 414 was very cold and the heater never warmed up the room after taking a shower and going to bed. I didn't notice until after I woke up the next morning. I called the front desk, they sent the maintenance guy up, he assured it would be up and running by changing out the unit. He came back a few minutes later asking if we felt heat yet and surprisingly we did. It lasted about 45 minutes until it got cold again. Thank God by that time it was time to check out.

Room 315 sounded like a subway station because the elevator is behind the wall and kept going up and down all night long (even with no one in it). The front desk staff was rude upon check-in as she was talking with someone (personal) when we came in, didn't stop the conversation to check us in and acted like we were bothering her.
