We were on the 6th floor and it smelled like cigarettes. Which is weird since they are supposedly a smoke free hotel. Our door did not close and lock properly unless you slammed it. We could hear toilets and showers from both room beside us because all the pipes seem to screech and knock.

The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, the tv signal was terrible and the outlets in the restaurant tripped so we weren’t able to heat bagels, make waffles or get any juice.
