Sounds silly, but decor. Also, shoty tile jobs, patchwork. When you have a hole in the sheet rock, you don't just patch with tile.

Needed to cancel hotel reservations after accident in which I sustained concussion and numerous lacerations. Was advised by MD to avoid travel for a few days. Called to cancel or reschedule our stay. Was assured that this would not be a problem. Not only Was I charged for the two nights, but I was also DOUBLE CHARGED. Hotel says that Booking.com responsable for corrcting mistake, Booking says it's the hotels.

The hotel was noisy, guest partied all night, smoked weed in the halls and the air conditioners turned off so you had to listen to everything. Worst sleep ever.
