In bad condition. Shower was in very poor shape, shower gel was empty, blood or some red stain on a bath towel, sink drain not ideal, didnt have local sports channels, carpets throughout were dusty and stained, elevator was three months past certification.

I could hear every footstep of the upstairs neighbors who came in at 1:30 am. The beds were spring matresses and terrible and the price of $350 was insane
