Location. Secluded and appeared very safe. Nice neighborhood.

Overall it appeared old and dingy. Carpets were dirty, mattress has issues on one side, no utensils to use. Disappointing experience with all three Extended Stay rooms. Had better luck in past, but this chain is off my list now.
