Positives:
The location was good. The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had plenty of options.
Negatives:
Does need upgrading in areas, especially in technology. Smart TVs are a great thing. They allow for more viewing options when one is in the room. The rooms should also be outfitted with microwaves as well. Never understood why the suites have a stove/oven and a microwave, but the regular rooms only have a mini fridge and no microwave.
Houskeeping needs to be replaced or trained better. The first room's bathroom shower was not clean. Several long black hairs were stuck on the walls, handicap bars, and floor. Toilet tank flapper was bad and constantly was refilling approximately every 5-7 minutes all night long. We were given another room, no questions asked when I explained the situation.

The breakfast was excellent, and the two different workers we had were friendly, and did a great job!
Negatives:
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Someone else was waiting to purchase a soda and had to leave a note to charge his room.
My husband finally called the hotel, and someone came after a few minutes of the phone ringing.
When we left we did not receive the usual “goody” bag we usually get.
The barn door to our bathroom, did not shut all the way.

The spacious bathroom with multiple hooks on the wall to hang your clothes/towels, and the folded tower/toilet paper flower was a pleasant surprise.
Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
The heater/AC unit is noisy (it turns on every now and then).
The room is smaller than expected.
And a sliding door with no lock for the bathroom door... strange setup
