The cafeteria guy didn’t let me take my breakfast, so I had to go to the front desk to sort it out. After checking the system, they saw I had paid, but by then, I was already late for my work meeting and didn’t get my breakfast. I was really disappointed.

I love hilton hotels ,I always stay in couple of them.but the one on this location is very dirty.the room had carpet stains and it's disgusting.Not everyone is dirty .People pay thier money to be comfortable. I do not recommend this location.dirty! dirty !dirty!.

It was gorgeous. Very trendy. Loved the on site restaurant & bar. The pool looked nice (but I didn’t use it).
I loved that they had a noise machine on the wall in my room. It was a nice touch!
Very comfy bed & pillows. Clean room. They had a snack/food shop that had sandwiches and salads to go.
Negatives:
It can get a little loud with the restaurant downstairs if you have a balcony that overlooks it.

I overall thought that the hotel/resort was well represented but the inside is where it all happens. The pool area was really nice with lounge chairs and etc. There is also a gym, bar area and multiple conference and event spaces. this space would be perfect for an event but I would not recommend this hotel for a stay with family or friends.
Negatives:
Breakfast was NOT it at all , eggs were soggy and fruit flies everywhere. The Omelet station was not like most and they only had little options to choose from. the "Breakfast Buffet" for about 26.00 per person was a bit much and could have gotten me a better meal at a Drive Thru.(definitely more continental style just with some jazz). Got woken up morning of (around 5am) from the fire alarm that was activated probably from a guest luckily my floor did not have to evacuate. and that wasn't even the worst of it , was swimming and got my purse stolen started to overthink so wasn't sure that the bag was even in the hotel but after speaking to the manager he confirmed that i did NOT enter the pool area and or the front lobby with a purse. I then continued looking for it to come and find out that it was stolen but yet then returned with nothing in it... the staff you may ask?? no help they completely have no courtesy of a guest and no understanding they refused to call a manger to review the cameras until the Police were mentioned... overall the hotel has a great look but other things may push you away... Try it for yourself stay a couple nights and see how it goes

Large lobby and first floor restaurant and bar. Very busy and entertaining area.
Negatives:
The room has some mild in bathroom and some broken things in the room. In addition, one specific young female black about 5’9” tall was definitely not friendly and or would acknowledge you. It’s unfortunate.
