Positives: It was convenient for the event we attended. We did enjoy the patio at the restaurant.
Negatives: Our experience was one of the worst experiences at a hotel that I've ever had to be honest! Let me number all the things that you could definitely improve on! 1. I was shocked that you are the first hotel that I have stayed at that didn't ask my vehicle information. 2. When we checked in we were never given any information on the WiFi connection to the hotel or an information packet about the area etc. 3. There were very loud children everywhere, running around, unattended, going up and down the hallways and elevators. It was going on all night! I understand it was a hockey tournament but there should be some kind of rules on unattended children!! 4. Our room had no trash liners in either trash can. 5. The toilet kept running off and on and I had to take the back of the tank off to get it to seal properly to stop running. 6. The phone rang busy to the front desk the entire time we were in the room. The maintenance guy couldn't figure it out either. 7. Maintenance guy had to fix TV, it wasn't working and couldn't get guide or anything to come up on it. 8. No shampoo! I went down twice to front desk (couldn't call down) to get someone to finally bring us shampoo. 9. No conditioner and at that point I wasn't going to go back downstairs. 10. We got the Lamb for dinner, it was beyond gamey and we couldn't even eat much of it. Tasted a bit fishy. I just made a lamb roast at my home this week, it is a regular on my menu. Your's was terrible. We told the waiter and he apologized but was never asked if we wanted any compensation. That was an expensive meal that should have been fantastic but was extremely disappointing! 11. No where in your hotel does it state how much your breakfast is. I was beyond shocked that we had to pay $30 for breakfast.

Positives: Very clean love the atmosphere very feng shui classy the rooms are really nice and clean probably one of the better hotels I have ever been to the balconies overlooking the pool I think is the best feature and My Son loved it he also loved the elevators really cool pool was really nice probably the biggest pool I’ve ever seen in the hotel
Negatives: Some of the staff weren’t as friendly as I thought they would be I was there tonight and got it extended one more night and had called and told the lady working the desk at the front and I had already booked it online and she said well. You sure you still need to get down here and run your credit card again and we need to switch your keys, I said I already booked it online. I said I’m not running my credit card again. I just think if you work at a job like that you should be somewhat you know people friendly or you know smile or act like you care about your job or about the customers because they are the ones that are keeping that hotel running, I just think she was a little rude to be honest with you, but that was the only thing that bothered me a little bit and the room was a little pricey maybe because it was the weekend I’m sure every hotel any hotel the prices go up on the weekends obviously
