I booked there to use the jacuzzi and it was not in service

Breakfast was not included in the expensive one night rate. Additional parking fee. And in addition to high rate, they placed a $100 hold on card for possible damages which was completely unnecessary.

You pay an outrageous price to stay here and breakfast is $17.00, parking is $12.00, and the room isnt even cleaned daily. There were a few that worked at the front desk that acted as if I was a waste of their time when I asked about parking and such.

Parking and breakfast were extra costs. Housekeeping was at our door three hours before check out vacuuming and waiting for us to leave. Front desk staff upon check in seemed liked they were reading from a script. Overpriced.

The breakfast was decent and the price was good. Rooms were very expensive because it was family weekend at the local college. Pillows were too soft but when I asked for 2 more, they were promptly delivered.
